On Thursday January 2, 2020, at 9am, Senator Foster Cummings was sworn-in as a Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government.
Present at the swearing-in were the Honourable Camille Robinson-Regis, M.P., Minister of Social Development and Family Services; the Honourable Nyan Gadsby-Dolly, M.P., Minister of Community Development, Culture and the Arts; Senator the Honourable Kazim Hosein, Minister of Rural Development and Local Government; Senator the Honourable Donna Cox, Minister of Communications; Parliamentary Secretary, Mr. Adrian Leonce, M.P.; and Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service Mr. Maurice Suite.
