The Most Reverend Charles Jason Gordon, Archbishop of Port of Spain, called on Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, last week.
Her Excellency and His Grace discussed a number of current issues including education and the apparent stasis of the Mercy Committee. They also briefly touched on refugees with particular reference to access to school. Her Excellency shared her thoughts on young people and her short term plans for a young citizen programme with the Archbishop.
