Assemblyman Terance Baynes sworn-in as Assistant Secretary in the Executive Council of the THA

Assemblyman Terance Baynes was sworn-in as Assistant Secretary in the Executive Council of the Tobago House of Assembly at The President’s House on Thursday 16th May, 2024.

After taking his Oath of Office, Assemblyman Baynes was presented with his Instrument of Appointment by Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Also in attendance at the ceremony was Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, the Honourable Farley Chavez Augustine.

(ASJA) and a distinguished servant of community and country.For more than six decades, Dr. Ibrahim dedicated himself to the medical profession, providing compassionate care to generations of families, particularly in underserved communities across Port of Spain and its environs.
