Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, today presided over the swearing-in of Dr. Martha Des Vignes as a Member of the Teaching Service Commission. This is Dr. Des Vignes’s second term on the Commission.
