Once again, the country bids farewell to a cultural stalwart.
Mr. Norvan Fullerton’s stellar contributions in service to culture were recognised more than 20 years ago when he received the Chaconia Medal SILVER at the National Awards 2003.
On behalf of the nation, Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, extends heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Mr. Norvan Fullerton and in particular the organisation he founded and helmed for so many years, the Malick Folk Performers.
May he rest in eternal peace.
