The Office of the President extends condolences to the steelband fraternity, family and friends of Mr. Patrick Arnold.
Mr. Arnold, Pan Trinbago president 1996-2009, was awarded the Chaconia Medal GOLD in 2011 for his long and meritorious service to the steelband movement.
On behalf of a grateful nation, Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, salutes Mr. Patrick Louis Arnold on a life of service to our national instrument. May he rest in eternal peace.
