From all accounts, the group thoroughly enjoyed their visit which involved exploring the grounds, learning more about the role and responsibilities of the President and visiting some of the rooms in which our Head of State carries out important duties. ![]()

On Tuesday May 6, 2025, Her Excellency, Christine Carla Kangaloo, ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago presented the Instrument of Appointment as Opposition Leader to the Hon. Pennelope Beckles-Robinson.![]()

The ceremony took place at the President's House and was attended by several Opposition members of Parliament and specially invited guests of Mrs. Beckles -Robinson.
