Her Excellency signs Condolence Book for former PM Basdeo Panday

In keeping with state protocol, Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago was first to sign the condolence book in honour of former Prime Minister Basdeo Panday.

After commiserating with members of Mr. Panday’s family including daughter Nicola Panday, niece Anuusha Panday and brother Subhas Panday, Her Excellency signed the condolence book in the Rotunda at the Red House.

Also present for the signing was Senate President the Honourable Nigel de Freitas.
