Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago is deeply saddened by the death of former Prime Minister Basdeo Panday.
Union leader, politician, statesman, husband and father, Mr. Panday was a giant of a man who led this country with passion and compassion.
