Ms. Gillian Macintyre took her Oath of Office as a Member of the Elections and Boundaries Commission before Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago last Thursday July 22.
A former Permanent Secretary and Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministries of Education, Sport, Office of the Prime Minister, Public Administration, Attorney General and Information, Ms. Macintyre is the holder of a Master of Arts Degree in Public Policy and Administration from the Institute of Social Studies, den Haag, the Netherlands, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor of Environmental Studies Degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
