On Sunday 8 March, 2026, Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, joined the InterClub of Trinidad and Tobago for its 24th Annual Afternoon Tea at the Hyatt Regency, Port of Spain, in celebration of International Women’s Day.
The event celebrated the achievements of women while honouring Ms. Donna Ali, this year’s InterClub Woman of the Year, for her remarkable service to women, girls and the wider community.
Established in 1984, the InterClub brings together the Presidents of sixteen women’s organisations committed to empowering all women and providing service to the marginalised and underserved.
