On Tuesday 19th November, 2024, the Office of the President proudly joined the international community in celebrating International Men’s Day.
His Excellency Kerwyn Garcia S.C., First Gentleman, marked the occasion by celebrating with the men of the Office of the President. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to all police officers, military personnel, and civilian staff for their invaluable contributions. In his remarks, His Excellency shared a powerful message:
“Being a man means embodying kindness, gentleness, and compassion. True masculinity is found in the perfect balance of the softer traits that make us nurturing fathers and inspiring leaders, alongside the resilience and strength that make us courageous fighters and warriors. Today, we honour all that is good and admirable about men.”
On behalf of Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency extended deep appreciation to all, “We are incredibly proud of the men we work with and celebrate each of you today. Happy International Men’s Day!”
