Re-appointments to the Salaries Review Commission and Fair Trading Commission

Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo, O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, presided over two ceremonies for reappointment to the Salaries Review Commission and Fair Trading Commission on Tuesday February 4, 2025

At 11:30 am, Ms Sandra Marchack was re-appointed as a Member of the Salaries Review Commission. Ms. Marchack, a 2012 recipient of a Chaconia Medal Gold, served for eight years as the Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) eventually retiring as the Permanent Secretary to the Prime Minister and Head of the Public Service.

In the second ceremony, Ms Gabrielle Gellineau was re-appointed as a Commissioner of the Fair Trading Commission.

Ms. Gellineau an Attorney-at-Law was called to the Bar in Trinidad and Tobago in 2004. She is a skilled civil litigator who practices in the Civil High Court and Industrial Court arena in Trinidad and Tobago and has provided advice to clients throughout the CARICOM Region. Ms Gellineau serves as an Attorney-at-Law for several Companies and State Enterprises in various fields of industry.

Her Excellency thanks Ms Marchack and Ms Gellineau for their continued service to Trinidad and Tobago.
