My Dear SEA students,
After years of study and preparation, tomorrow you will sit your Secondary Entrance Assessment examinations.
As the day approaches it is perfectly natural to feel a little nervous. Do not let those feelings overwhelm you. Tonight, try to relax, and ensure you get a good night’s rest. When you enter the examination room, stay calm, take a few deep breaths and read each question carefully, and trust in all that you have learned. Believe in yourselves, just as your parents, teachers and your country believe in you.
Do your best and remember that this examination does not define you or determine all that you can achieve. Each of you has your own talents and strengths and each of you has a future rich with possibility and promise.
Your parents, guardians and teachers, who have supported and encouraged you every step of the way, will be cheering you on, and I will also be cheering you on.
The entire nation stands proudly with you.
I wish you every success, and I extend my very best wishes to you and your families. May God bless and strengthen you all.
