On Tuesday 24th January, 2026, the Office of the President was delighted to welcome students of Christianburg Wismar Secondary School in Guyana 🇬🇾 and Eshe’s Learning Centre in Port of Spain 🇹🇹 for tours of The President's House and grounds.![]()

The young people enjoyed a guided walk-through of the grounds, followed by a tour of the interior, where they learned about the role of the President and saw firsthand the rooms in which official duties are carried out 🏛️.![]()

The students from Guyana also had the opportunity to meet and interact with Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo, ORTT, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, who engaged them in lively conversation about their visit and experiences thus far.![]()

The Hon. Wilfred Nicholas Morris, M.P. was previously appointed to serve as Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs and in the Office of the Prime Minister. The ceremony took place at The President’s House.
