Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago notes with sadness the passing of Major General Ralph Brown, (Retired), former Chief of Defense Staff. Major General Brown received the Chaconia Medal GOLD in 2019 in the sphere of Public Service.
