In accordance with the advice of the Judicial and Legal Service Commission, Her Excellency Christine Carla Kangaloo O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, appointed the Honourable Mr. Justice Ricky Rahim as a Judge of the Court of Appeal on Tuesday September 2, 2025 at a ceremony held at the Office of the President. The Honourable the Chief Justice Mr. Justice Ivor Archie O.R.T.T., also attended the ceremony.
