On Monday last, Colonel (Retired) Lyle E. Alexander took his Oath of Office as a Commissioner and Chairman of the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago before Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes, O.R.T.T., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Colonel Alexander, who served for a combined total of thirty-four years in the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force after graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and as Country Security Manager for BP/Amoco in Trinidad and Tobago for some ten years, is the founder and Principal Consultant of A.R.M. Specialists Ltd., a Risk Management Consulting and Training company.
