These three C’s stand for Cyberbullying, Cyberstalking and Catfishing. Her Excellency Reema Carmona, as a Patron of the Red Cross Society, attended the 59th edition Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Children’s Carnival event to witness the children parade the costumes on February 7, 2015 at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
