Blind Welfare Association

“Through effective communication and genuine compassion, we can bridge gaps and foster understanding and appreciation for the gifts we each possess and which are ours to share. In our country, the blind and differently abled are everywhere and nowhere. They are in the streets, in our families, in our schools but they are often made invisible because wider society chooses to ignore a demographic which can enrich our social and cultural bank.”
